Terms
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Slow Bear Games ("we", "us"), who make and run Vector at vector-game.com. By playing you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the game.
The game
Vector is a daily puzzle game. Each day's mission and its leaderboard are free to play, and you don't need an account to play. We keep improving the game, so things change: missions, rules, features and how the leaderboards work. We try to keep it running all the time but can't promise it will always be available.
Accounts and names
- Signing in (with Google or Discord) is optional. It puts your scores on the public leaderboards and keeps your progress on every device. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Your in-game name must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or pretend to be the game. We may change a name that breaks this, and keep anyone from using it again.
Fair play
Don't attack, overload or try to break into the game or its servers, don't flood it with requests, and don't crowd the leaderboards with many accounts or names. We may take scores off the leaderboards, reset names, or close accounts that do any of this.
Vector+
- Vector+ adds extras to an account: every earlier day's mission and its leaderboard, timelines synced across devices, named saves, favorites and name fonts. The game itself stays free without it. What Vector+ includes may change and grow over time.
- It's a single payment, not a subscription: you choose how much to pay, at least the minimum shown at checkout (currently US $5), and it stays with your account for as long as the account and the game exist. Accounts made before the full release have Vector+ free, for good.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells Vector+ to you as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Stripe's terms for buyers apply to the payment too. We never see your card details.
- Payments are final, except as our refund policy says. A full refund or a chargeback removes Vector+ from the account.
- Deleting your account deletes Vector+ with it, and isn't a reason for a refund.
What you send us
You keep what you make (your timelines and solutions), and you let us store it, re-run it to check scores, and show your scores, name and badges on the leaderboards. Bug reports you send can be used to fix and improve the game. Our privacy policy says what we keep and why.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending
You can stop playing at any time, and delete your account from the Account dialog in the game. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and important changes will be announced in the game's patch notes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
