Refund policy
Last updated 7 October 2026
Vector+ is a single payment that supports the game: you choose the amount, from US $5, and it switches on straight away, for good. Because it's yours the moment you pay, payments are final. We don't give refunds for a change of mind, for not using Vector+, or after playing what it unlocks.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice (or more) for the same account: we refund the extra payments.
- You paid but Vector+ never switched on, and we can't fix it: we refund in full.
- You didn't make or allow the payment: we refund in full.
- You paid more than you meant to (say $50 instead of $5) and tell us within 14 days: we refund the difference, and you keep Vector+.
- Anything else we judge to be a special case. That's up to us.
Your legal rights
If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, this policy doesn't take it away. In the EU and UK, for example, digital content that starts at once, at your request, normally ends the 14-day right to cancel once it has started.
How to ask
Write to support@vector-game.com with the email address on your Stripe receipt and what happened, or use Report a bug in the game's Menu. Stripe sold you Vector+ as the merchant of record, so you can also contact Stripe through the link on your receipt; requests are decided under this policy. Refunds go back to the way you paid.
What a refund does
A full refund removes Vector+ from the account (a partial one, like the difference above, doesn't). A chargeback takes Vector+ away while it's open, and for good if the bank decides against the payment. Your scores, saves and achievements stay either way.
